Exchange Policy
Please review our exchange policy carefully. All exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your package.
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY
- • Exchange requests are VOID after 4 DAYS of receiving your package
- • NO REFUNDS - Exchanges only
- • Customer pays for return shipping
- • Customer pays for shipping when we send the exchange
- • Issues must be reported immediately upon receipt
- • Any delays will result in NO remedies available
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. You have exactly 4 days from delivery date to request an exchange.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
- Return Shipping: You pay to ship the item back to us
- Exchange Shipping: You pay for us to ship the new item to you
Shipping costs will be calculated based on Canada Post flat rates. We will contact you with the shipping cost before sending your exchange.
- Unworn clothing with original tags
- Items in original packaging
- Defective items (reported immediately)
- Wrong size/color (reported immediately)
- Items after 4-day deadline
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Issues not reported immediately

Once payment is received, we ship your new item.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved exchange requests will receive a replacement item only. No cash refunds, no store credit, no exceptions.
CRITICAL: IMMEDIATE REPORTING REQUIRED
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Any delays in reporting will void your ability to receive an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective item and report it immediately with photo evidence, we will provide a replacement. Standard shipping costs still apply for the exchange.
